摘要
提出一种非接触式多圈角度传感器的实现方法。当与被测旋转物体轴向相连的径向磁化永磁体在与其平行的霍尔传感芯片上方旋转时,基于霍尔原理,传感芯片会输出关于旋转角度的相互正交的两路电压信号,经过单片机进行反正切运算可以得到0°~360°范围的角度信息。结合超级电容及外扩存储器,能够实现角度的多圈测量。利用此方法设计制作了样机,实验证明此方法能够实现精度±0.2°的角度测量和多圈的可靠计数。
A contactless multi-circle magnetoelectric angle sensor is introduced in this paper . Based on Hall effect , when the permanent magnet which is connected with the gig is circumvolving ,the Hall sense organ will give two voltage signals about the circumvolving angle .By the operation of the inverse tangent ,the circumvolving angle can be educed ,and the measure range is from 0° to 360° .Combining with EEPROM and super capacitance ,the multi-circle count can be achieved .An example of angle sensor is made with this method ,the measure result indicates that the accuracy is ± 0 .2° ,and the multi-circle count is proved reliable .
