Design of Converting Circuit for Direct Current Contactor and Data Acquisition Card of NI

基于Protel dxp 2004软件平台,选用某公司SIZE3型号直流接触器作为试验对象,开发了接触器性能检测与NI数据采集卡的接口转换电路。以控制继电器电路、触点通断电路、功耗电流与回路电压电路和电缆接口电路组成了接口转换电路系统,解决了外部数据信号无差别地传送到上位机的问题,并具有很好的抗干扰能力。在实际工业自动化产线中,有较高的实用价值。

Based on Protel dxp 2004 software platform ,for testing the performance of direct current contactors model SIZE 3 ,a converting circuit is developed for the contactor and the data acquisition card of NI .The circuit system is designed ,which including relay circuit ,contact point on-off circuit ,power current and loop voltage circuit and cable interface circuit .The circuit system can accurately transmit external data signal to the PC ,with powerful anti-jamming capability .As a result ,in the actual industrial automation production line ,it has great practical value .
