摘要
简述了GUD500位移传感器的主要技术指标,从主机和位移探头两方面对传感器结构特征进行了介绍,并通过框图形式对传感器工作原理进行了详细讲解;最后,对传感器在巷道顶板的安装步骤和使用注意事项进行了详细介绍。工业性试验表明,该传感器结构简单、安装方便、数据传输稳定,为系统进行顶板监测提供了实时可靠的数据。
In this paper ,the main technical indicators of GUD500 displacement sensor are briefly introduced .The sensor structure characteristics are descriked via two aspects of host and displacement probe ,and the work principle of sensor is interpreted in detail through the form of block diagram . Finally , installation steps and matters needing attention in roof of sensors are detailedly introduced .By industrial test ,it is showed that the sensor which provides a real-time and reliable data for monitoring roof of the system has advantages ,such as simple structure ,easy installation ,stable data transmission .
