摘要
将ABB Industrial全能综合型控制系统应用于日产2 500t熟料新型干法旋窑水泥生产自动控制中。介绍了ABB Industrial系统的硬件设计和系统组态,它将PLC与传统的DCS优点融于一身,支持多种国际现场总线,具有维护简单、扩展灵活、运行稳定的优点。
This paper introduced the application of ABB Industrial all-round comprehensive control system in the control system of a new dry process rotary kiln with daily output of 2 500 t clinker .The hardware design and the software configuration of the ABB Industrial system are presented ,which combines the advantages of traditional DCS and PLC together ,such as simple maintenance , flexible expansion and steady operation ,and supports for multiple international fieldbus .
