玻璃体腔分别注射雷珠单抗与曲安耐德并联合黄斑格栅光凝治疗黄斑水肿的临床分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的 观察分析玻璃体腔分别注射雷珠单抗与曲安奈德并联合黄斑格栅光凝治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效.方法 黄斑水肿患者共83例102眼,其中单眼64例,双眼19例.随机选取单、双眼42例共53眼行玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗,3周后行黄斑格栅光凝治疗;选取单眼33例、双眼8例共49眼行玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德,3周后黄斑格栅光凝治疗.治疗后3~12个月通过荧光素眼底血管造影、眼底、视力、光学相干断层扫描等检查来观察疗效.结果 玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合黄斑格栅光凝治疗黄斑水肿,有效率为83.01%,较对黄斑水肿行玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合黄斑格栅光凝治疗有效率54.24%明显增高(P<0.05).结论 玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合黄斑格栅光凝治疗黄斑水肿较为安全、有效且并发症少. Objective To explore clinical effect of intravitreal respective injection of lucentis and triamcinolone acetonide combined with macular grid laser photocoagulation treatment on macular edema.Methods 102 eyes of 83 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups.Lucentis were injected into intravitreal in 53 eyes of 42 macular edema cases while 49 eyes of 41 macular edema cases were treated with triamcinolone acetonide intravitreal injection.Then they were treated by macular grid laser photocoagulation 3 weeks later.Visual acuity,fundus and fundus fluoresceinangiography were taken and analyzed in 3 to 12 follow-up months after treatment.Results The effective rate of triamcinolone acetonide combined with macular grid laser photocoagulation therapy on macular edema was 54.24%.The rate of patients with obvious improvement effective was 83.01% in group by intravitreal injection lucentis combined with macular gridphotocoagulation,patients had obvious improved effective rate 83.01% in group by intravitreal injection Lucentis combined with macular grid laser photocoagulation.It was indicated that there was statistically significant difference in two treatments (P < 0.05).Conclusion It was better clinical effect in intravitreal injection of lucentis combined with laser photocoagulation for macular edema.
