活性氧参与心血管钙化发病机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 心血管钙化是指钙盐病理性沉积于血管、心肌和心脏瓣膜等组织中,是一组累及心血管的钙化性疾病的总称。氧化应激在心血管钙化的发生、发展中起重要作用。过度累积的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)损伤心血管内皮细胞和间质细胞,并诱导细胞凋亡,募集大量炎症细胞参与钙化灶形成,激活多种信号通路诱导细胞发生成骨样表型转化,还能通过参与基质重塑和促进新生血管形成促进心血管钙化进程。
