An Exploration of Theoretical Instruction Method in Chemical Engineering Principle

化工原理是一门关于化学加工过程的技术基础课,是化学、生环、食品等相关专业学生必修的一门重要的技术基础课程。要适应新世纪高等教育的要求,就必须促进化工原理课堂教学质量的提高:一是要明确教学目标,强调工程观点,提高学生处理工程问题的能力;二是要优化教学内容;三是要重视课堂教学效果,探索合理的教学方法。

The present article explores the effective ways of optimizing teaching contents from the perspectives of adjusting the key teaching points and introducing the unit operation technology in order to develop students＇ engineering viewpoint and help students realize the shift from theory to practice in the theory instruction of chemical engineering principle. The article also explores the feasible teaching methods by means of strengthening analogous teaching and integrating the knowledge of different disciplines.
