秀珍菇胞外多糖活性炭脱色工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究秀珍菇胞外多糖活性炭脱色工艺。以脱色率和多糖保留率为评价指标,考察活性炭用量、脱色时间、脱色温度、pH等因素对脱色效果的影响。并在此基础上,通过正交试验,确定秀珍菇胞外多糖活性炭脱色的最佳工艺:活性炭用量1.6%、脱色时间70 min、脱色温度70℃,pH3。在此条件下,色素的脱除率为80.5%,多糖的保留率为84.8%,该工艺适合秀珍菇胞外多糖脱色。 The technology for decoloration of exopolysaccharide from Pleurotus geesteranus was explored. Decolorization effect of activated carbon dosage,decolorization time,decolorization temperature and pH were studied with the decolorization rate and exopolysaccharide retention rate as indexes. Based on the single factor,orthogonal experiment was performed to select the best condition for the decoloration of exopolysaccharide from Pleurotus geesteranus as follows: activated carbon dosage 1. 6%,decolorization time 70 min,decolorization temperature70℃ and pH3. The decolorization rate was 80. 5%,and the retention rate of exopolysaccharide was 84. 8% under the decoloration conditions. The optimized method can be suitabl for the decolorization of exopolysaccharide from Pleurotus geesteranus.
