Resources,capital and customers are the three most basic ad most crucial factors a day- to- day operation business and a complete supply chain. A new kind of ＂Platform ＋ Base ＋ Financial＂supply chain management mode was proposed,combining current supply chain managemeut mode and from the concept of its logistic ideology. The paper also analyzes the operation flow and the characteristics of the system. Finally,taking a logistic company as an example,it explores the application to promote the innovative development.
