基于多方受益的大学生农村义务支教活动的思考——以安徽科技学院英语支教为例 被引量:6

摘要 小学需从三年级起开设英语课,然而绝大多数农村小学因为英语师资紧缺而难以完成教学任务,也难以满足学生和家长英语学习的愿望。组织在校大学生就近就便开展农村小学英语义务支教活动,是缓解甚至解决农村小学英语师资紧缺的有效途径,同时也是区域性高校服务地方、构建实践教学体系、培养应用型人才、关注农村留守儿童、实践雷锋精神和青年志愿者活动宗旨、加强大学生思想政治教育的有效载体,是一项多方受益的活动。本文以安徽科技学院大学生农村小学英语义务支教活动为例,深入思考大学生农村义务支教活动的受益者问题,并进一步思考如何有效组织这项活动,使受益者更加受益,建立支教活动健康发展稳步推进的长效机制。 Primary schools should start English teaching for the students from Grade 3. However,most of the rural primary schools could not do so just because of the lack of English teachers,and thus hard to satisfy the needs of students and their parents in English learning. Organizing college students to help teaching English voluntarily in nearby primary schools in the name of social- practice activity,is not only an effective way to solve the problem of the lack of English teachers in rural primary schools,but also an effective carrier to serve local by regional colleges. It is good to build a practical teaching system,train applied talents,focus on the left- behind children in rural area,practice Lei Feng spirits and youth volunteer activity principles,and strengthen ideological and political education for college students. This article,taking college students' English voluntary teaching in rural schools as an example,discusses the question who is the beneficial owner,and further discuses the ways to establish a long- term effective mechanism for college students' voluntary teaching in rural schools.
