摘要
提出4种包装线码垛吊具设计方案。通过对市场上现有的包装线产品的包装形式以及码垛形式进行需求及技术分析,提出4种满足绝大多数产品码垛的吊具设计方案。综合分析各吊具方案的结构组成和工作方式,比较各个吊具方案的优缺点,为包装线码垛吊具选择提供依据。
This paper presents four design schemes of palletizing .Based on the demand and technical analysis of packaging and palletizing form on the product packaging line , it puts forward four kinds of satisfy most product palletizing sling design scheme , realizes comprehensive analysis of the structure composition and the working way of sling schemes , compares the advantages and disadvantages of sling scheme , provides the basis for packing line pallet sling selection .
