摘要
通过对目前液压实验台进行分析,以速度换接回路为例,采用PLC对液压系统实验的电气控制系统进行改造,重点介绍了PLC控制系统的设计以及液压实验台的实现过程。实验表明,采用PLC对液压实验台进行自动控制,系统具有良好的运行特性和灵活性。
Based on the analysis of the current hydraulic experimental table ,it reforms the electric control system of the hydraulic experimental table with PLC , introduces the PLC control system design and realization process of hydraulic experimental table .Analysis and practice show that the PLC control hydraulic experimental table has the better operating performance and flexibility .
