Cassava residue is the waste after the processing of cassava starch, alcohol and other products, but it is rich in nutrients. As feed, cassava residue can save resources, reduce breed cost, and reduce environmental pollution.This paper reviewed the feeding value of cassava residueand application in ruminant production.
