Design and Implementation of the Tax Management System Based on Silverlight API for ArcGIS Server

基于地理信息技术的税收管理系统,在地税管理领域具备较好的应用前景,能够实现"静态土地"与"动态纳税人"的双向交叉监控,实现地税的图上监控和管理,实现"以地为基、全程跟踪、分类监控、一体管理"。本文根据地税管理的整体需求,简单描述了税收管理系统的设计方案,并结合设计,选取代表性功能予以实现,为基于图形的税收系统提供参考。

Tax management system based on geographical information technology has a good application prospect in tax man- agement, which can achieve bidirectional cross monitoring between static land and dynamic taxpayer, and realize map monitoring and management of land tax. Then this paper realized land based tracking, monitoring, integrated management. According to the overall demand of tax management, this article described the design of tax management system simple, combining with the design, selecting representative function to realize and to provide reference tax system based on graphics.
