摘要
研究了从山东省济南、德州等市肉鸡场分离的大肠埃希菌中Ⅰ类整合子及基因盒的流行状况。结果表明,整合酶基因检出率为53%;Ⅰ类整合子基因盒检出率为50%,大小为1 085~2 360 bp,100株细菌中各含1~2个基因盒,其中dfrA17＋aadA5检出率最高。Ⅰ类整合子在多重耐药大肠埃希菌中广泛流行,是细菌多重耐药性产生和扩散的重要机制,养殖场应科学用药,加强耐药性监测。
The epidemic situation of class Ⅰ integron and gene cassettes in Escherichia coli isolated from chicken farms of Jinan, Dezhou, etc of Shandong Province were investigated. The results showed that the detection rate of integrase gene was 53% and that of gene cassettes was 50%. The size of class Ⅰ integron gene cassettes ranged from 1 085 bp to 2 360 bp. Each of the 100 bacteria had 1 or 2 gene cassettes. Among which, the detection rate of dfrA17 ＋ aadA5 was the highest. This study showed that the class I integron was widespread in multidrug resistant E. coll. And it was important molecular mechanism in the production and diffusion of multidrug resistance of bacteria. So, the farmers should use drugs scientifically and strengthen sur- veillance of antimicrobial resistance.
