摘要
以电镀行业实施的清洁生产改造方案为例,从工艺技术、设备更新、原料利用、污染治理及中水回用等方面入手,分析其清洁生产技术应用情况及取得效果。结果表明,实施清洁生产能有效解决企业资源能源消耗高、污染物产生量大和废物回收利用率低的问题,实现企业的可持续发展,是目前电镀行业的首要选择。为企业清洁生产改造提供思路,以推动电镀行业的节能减排和技术进步,实现节能减排的目的。
Taking successful implementation of cleaner production transformation program in electroplating industry as example, application situation and results obtained of the cleaner production technology were analyzed from aspects of process technology, equipment updating, material utilization, pollution control, water reuse and so on. Results showed that the implementation of cleaner production could effectively solve the problems including of high consumption of energy and resources, large amount of pollutants, low rate of waste recycling, and realize sustainable development of enterprises and which is the first selection of special electroplating industry at present. In order to promote energy-saving, emission reduction and technological progress of special electroplating industry,ideas of cleaner production transformation were provided in this paper.
