海洋石油钻井平台用自带刹车气动马达的研制

摘要 与传统的气动马达相比,这种专用马达具有独特的自锁机构,在动力源失效时,能自动刹车,从而保护设备及施工人员安全。该马达专为海洋石油钻井平台防喷器气动吊移装置配套而设计,也可作为有防火防爆要求、以及高温、振动、灰尘潮湿等恶劣施工场合作为起重设备的动力源使用。 Compared with the traditional pneumatic motor, this specialized motor features a unique self-locking mechanism, which can automatically apply brakes in case of the power supply failures, thus protecting equipments and guaranteeing the safety of operators. This motor is designed to be used with the blow-out preventer pneumatic lifting and moving device employed on the offshore oil drilling platform. It can also be used for the power supplies for cranes in var- ious extreme construction sites, such as high-temperature, vibrating, dusty and damp sites as well as sites with fire- and explosion- prevention requirements.
