摘要
为确定液压凿岩机机体振动的影响因素,本文采用了试验研究方法,测试液压凿岩机在不同工况条件下三个方向的振动情况,发现安装蓄能器后能有效降低液压凿岩机振动,这一结论对减少钻车振动设计研究有一定的借鉴价值。
To determine the factors affecting hydraulic rock drill machine vibration in this paper, by use of the same drilling machines and setting the different input pressure, the rock drill vibration has been tested in the case with accu- mulator or without accumulator. It is found that when the accumulator is used in the return oil line, the rock drill vibra- tion is significantly reduced. The conclusion is beneficial of the mining drill rig hydraulic system design.
