4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷(RAA)合成与代谢及遗传特性的研究进展

摘要 4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫苷(glucoraphanin,RAA)是具天然抗癌特性的萝卜硫素的前体,在十字花科蔬菜尤其是青花菜中含量较高,因此对RAA的研究也成为学术界的热点。本文综述了RAA的合成与代谢及其遗传特性的研究进展,同时展望了分子标记在此领域更广泛的应用前景。 Glucoraphanin is the bioprecursor of sulforaphane with natural chemopreventive and anti- carcinogen characteristics. Its content is high in cruciferae vegetables, especially in broccoli. Studies on glucoraphanin have become the hot topics recently. This paper reviews the research progress made at home and abroad on synthesis, metabolism and genetic characteristics of glucoraphanin. The paper also prospects the broader application of molecular marker in this area.
