摘要
目的:研制一种安全便捷的可导入或导出介质的多变式介入处置器。方法:多变式介入处置器包括穿刺管道、施力用推柄2个部分。穿刺尖端和推柄在轴向上由对称的两半合围构成,每半穿刺管上带有一半穿刺尖端和推柄,该两半穿刺管的一个合围面(连接面)通过销轴实现两半穿刺管在轴向上大小可变化、开合的连接,通过闭合机构以及设有回位扭簧的操作手柄保持穿刺管内壁闭合。结果:该多变式介入处置器通过直径、软硬、形状等变化,可提供安全简便的一步法穿刺介入操作。结论:该多变式介入处置器体积小、结构简单、使用方便,与现有的扩张器相比,扩张的大小、软硬可根据病情需要变化,可避免反复穿刺,利于快速穿刺成功和后续医疗项目的进行。
Objective To develop a novel and changeable intervention disposer to export or import fluid medium of body. Methods The disposer was made up of a puncture catheter and a handle. Two symmetrical halves formed the tip and the handle at the axial direction, and each half of the puncture catheter involved half of the tip and the handle. A pin at the faying surface of the two halves of the catheter realized their changeable linking at the axial direction. The inner wall of the catheter was kept closed by a closing mechanism and a control lever with a return torsion spring.Results The changes of the disposer in diameter, rigidity and shape resulted in one-step puncture. Conclusion The disposer has a small size, simple structure and easy operation, and can be changed in size and rigidity accordingly, and repeated punctures can be avoided.
