自主选择冲洗液功能的清创车的研制及应用

Development and application of debridement vehicle with independently chosen irrigating liquid

目的:研制一种适用于战时、公共突发事件的满足大批伤员及时早期清创、能自主选择冲洗液、安全实用、操作者无需帮助便能独立完成清创的多功能清创车。方法:车内3个储液桶内分别安装潜水泵,使液体可以泵出。管道上设置有对应的电磁阀连接脚踏控制开关,可选择冲洗液的种类。花洒上设置有水雾、水珠、水柱3种出水方式供选择。清创平台的大小通过翻板的调整来完成。结果:通过该清创车,手术者能自主选择冲洗液的种类和出水方式,独立完成清创手术的冲洗,可满足不同体型的患者上下肢体的清创要求。结论:该清创车科学、实用,适用于各级医疗机构,特别是应急情况下清创手术时使用。

Objective To develop an debridement vehicle for early debridement in the support of war or public emer- gencies, which can choose irrigating liquid independently and facilitate the debridement by the operator without assis- tance from others. Methods There were submersible pumps in three liquid storage tanks to pump out the liquids, and foot switches were linked with the electromagnetic valves at the pipeline to select the types of the liquid. The modes for discharging the liquid included fog, droplet and column. The debridement platform had its size adjusted by the flap. Results The debridement operator could independently perform irrigating with different liquid types and water discharg- ing modes, which could be applicable for the upper and lower extremities of the patients with different somatotypes.Conclusion The debridement vehicle can be used for emergency debridement in levels of medical facilities.
