民族村镇旅游地家庭旅馆服务质量提升研究——以贵阳市乌当区偏坡布依族村为例

Research on the Quality Enhancement of Ethnic Tourist Village Guesthouse Services——A Case Study of Pianpo Bouyei Village in Wudang District of Guiyang City

民族村镇旅游地家庭旅馆是旅游业发展的产物,是民族村镇旅游经济体量的主要增长点。然而,在边远的民族地区,家庭旅馆核心产品的食宿和劳务服务质量问题已成为制约家庭旅馆发展的主要因素。因此,针对民族村镇旅游地家庭旅馆服务质量现状,在文献回顾和实地调研的基础上,以贵阳市乌当区偏坡布依族村为例,分析家庭旅馆在体验环境、食宿提供及服务技能上存在的问题,并结合市场需求提出具体的解决对策。

Ethnic village tourist guesthouse is a product of the tourism development and a major growth point of national economy in rural tourism volume. However, in remote ethnic minority areas, the quality of the guesthouse accommodation and labor service which are the core product has become a major factor restricting the development of the guesthouse. Therefore, in this paper, according to the current service quality of ethnic village tourist guesthouse, and on the basis of literature review and field research, we take Pianpo BouYei Village in Wudang District of Guiyang City as a case to analyze the existing preblems in the experience of environment, provision of accommodation and service skiUs. Besides, the thesis puts forward special countermeasures in view of the market demand.
