学报是学术信息的重要载体,学报的互换具有重要作用,能够满足本校专业对相关学科信息的需要,因此应把学报互换落到实处,重视学报互换的实效性,在互换中加工整理、取长补短,充分利用学报所具有的重要价值。

Journals are important carriers of academic information, so the exchange of journals play a very impor- tant role in providing relevant academic information for different majors of the colleges and universities. It is, there- fore, very important to implement the exchange of journals, and emphasize its temporality, process them, take the mer- its of other journals and make full use of their important value.
