Social Value of Drinking Song in Hmong Marriage Ceremony——A Case Study of the Hmong Drinking Song of Qiandongnan

苗族酒歌是苗族优秀的民间艺术之一,体现了苗族在情感表达、观念教育和民族文化传承上的艺术价值。研究发现,苗族人的婚礼酒歌集中表达了他们在亲情、爱情和友情上的情感,体现了其在家庭与婚恋上的价值观念,融入了其民族所特有的文化内涵。苗族酒歌所具备的艺术价值丰富,在维护和营造其民族文化环境和民族特色上发挥着重要作用。

Hmong drinking song, an excellent folk art, demonstrates the artistic value in Hmong expressions of e- motion, idea education and ethnic culture inheritance. The study shows that the drinking songs in Hmong marriage ceremony fully convey Hmong kinship, love and friendship, highlights their value on family and marriage, and incor- porates their unique cultural connotation. Hmong drinking songs have rich artistic value, which plays an important role in maintaining and creating Hmong cultural environment and its ethnic feature.
