摘要
科研团队是高校科研活动中最具效率的一种重要组织形式,具有较大的人才流动性,有些新加入的科研成员由于各种原因无法快速有效的融入到团队当中,这对团队科研绩效带来较大的影响。一些可行性建议可以使新加入成员快速融入到科研团队中,使科研团队更具科研活力,同时提出科研团队引进新成员时应避免的问题,以达到优化团队学缘结构,提高团队创新效率的目的。
Research team is the most efficient form of organization in universities with the characteristics of great talents flow. Some new members cannot merge into the team quickly and effectively due to various reasons, which will lower the innovation efficiency and performance of scientific research team. This paper discusses how several types of new members of the scientific research rapidly are integrated into the scientific research team. The proposals in this paper helps to activate the whole team. Meanwhile, the problems which should be avoided when new members are in- troduced to the team are also touched on, which will be helpful for the team to achieve the optimization of the struc- ture and to enhance the efficiency of the team innovation.
