摘要
建设一支专业的就业指导课师资队伍,是提高课程教学质量的关键。高校就业指导课程师资队伍存在着专业化程度亟待提高、相关科研工作薄弱、资质培训工作滞后等现状,因此需要从思想、资金、团队、平台等多个角度来共同推进专业化师资队伍的建设,以期提高该课程教学质量,指导学生有效就业。
The key to the improvement of employment guidance course is depended on the construction of teach- ers'team of this course. There are many issues in the teachers'teams of employment guidance course in colleges which required to be addressed, including the enhancement of teachers'professional knowledge, the misunderstanding of the course, insufficient relevant research work, the delay of teachers'training, therefore, the teachers' team construction of employment guidance course should be promoted from the perspectives such as thoughts, fund, team and platforms etc. to improve the quality of the course and provide useful guidance for students' employment.
