咳嗽是呼吸科门诊的第一大症状,在呼吸内科门诊,80%以上患者具有咳嗽症状,是临床常见病症,然而病因复杂,临床表现多样,前人有"百病惟咳嗽难医"之叹。黄河清教授是我国第五批国家级名老中医药专家,其行医30余年,辨证细腻,方药精致,对咳嗽一证研究较多,治疗经验丰富。在中医上其认为,咳嗽是因外感六淫,脏腑内伤,影响于肺所致有声有痰之症。西医上,咳嗽是人体的一种保护性呼吸反射动作,常见于感染后咳嗽、气管-支气管疾患、肺部疾患等。咳嗽一证,虽然简单,然其兼证复杂,黄教授根据不同兼证给予辨证施治。

Cough is the first major respiratory symptoms of outpatient .In respiratory medicine clinic , more than 80% of patients with symptoms of cough, which is one kind of common clinical disease .However, it is complex eti-ology and clinical manifestation .The predecessors said that “all diseases only cough is hard to cure”.Professor HU-ANG is the fifth batch of national famous expert of Traditional Chinese Medicine.who has practised medicine for m-ore than 30 years, and discriminated delicately, prescribed exquisite.Professor HUANG has studied more on cough .In Chinese Medicine , he thinks that cough is caused by exogenous six evils , organs injuries , which effects the lung leading to phlegm of the disease .In Western Medicine , cough is the body ’ s protective breathing reflex action , common in infected cough, airway-bronchial disorders, lung disease, etc.Cough is simple, however, its simultaneous phenomenon is complexity , According to the different simultaneous phenomenon , Professor Huang treats by syndrome differentiation .
