帕金森病的非运动症状及中西医治疗对策

近年来，越来越多的学者在临床工作中发现，帕金森病（parkinson’s disease，PD）患者同时还受许多非运动症状（non-motor-symptoms，NMS）的困扰，这些症状严重影响患者的生活质量。 NMS主要包括抑郁、痴呆、睡眠障碍、自主神经功能障碍、嗅觉减退等。在悉尼一项长达15～18年的随访研究显示，对左旋多巴治疗无效的NMS是导致患者致残的主要原因。所以。尽早发现这些症状并给予有效的治疗对提高患者的生活质量十分关键。本文就PD非运动症状表现及目前中西医治疗方法做如下综述。

In recent years , more and more scholar in the clinic work found that patients with Parkinson ’ S disease suffered with non-motor-symptoms（NMS） which has a strong impact on life quality .NMS includes depressed, senile dementia, sleep disorder, autonomic nerve function disorder, hyposmia and so on.The follow-up study lengthen out to 15～18years in Sydney found that NMS was the main reason lead to invalid levodopa .Therefore , it is important to find these symptom and efficient therpies as soon as possible .This text will give a summarize about the symptom of NMS and Chinese and western medicine treatment .
