摘要
随着个人征信的广泛应用,相关的维权投诉事件不断增多。从基层人民银行查询个人信用报告的实际案例出发,以法律层面所涉及的征信信息主体享有的控制权、知情权、异议权和救济权为视角,分析我国个人征信信息主体权益保护存在的突出问题及其原因,探讨建立保护个人征信信息主体权益的有效途径。
With the widespread use of personal credit reporting, the number of credit complaints related to fights protection has grown. How to effectively protect the legitimate fights of the credit information subjects has become the focus of public concern. Starting from the actual cases of personal credit report inquiries through grassroots People' s Bank of China, Viewing from the right of control, the fight to know, the fight to dissent, and the right of remedies which are enjoyed by the credit information subjects in the legal aspects, the paper made an analysis on the prominent problems and their causes for personal credit information subjects' rights protection in China at present, and explored an effective way to protect the rights of personal credit information subjects.
