摘要
全周滚轮回转支撑是大型全回转浮吊的重要组成部分,分析了此类回转支撑中滚轮和轨道的制造误差对实际轮压产生的影响,并为此提出了一种可行的设计思路,为合理确定滚轮直径公差和轨道平面度公差提供了计算方法和理论依据。
Revolving support structure is an important part of heavy revolving floating crane. This article analysis the influence, which comes from manufacturing error of rollers and rails, to pressure on rollers. And a viable design theory is supplied for calculating the tolerance of roller's diameter and rail's flatness.
