海洋平台服役于海浪、风载荷、寒流等恶劣环境下,桩腿作为自升式平台稳定作业的关键,极易发生低应力脆性断裂。因此,桩腿不但要求具备足够高的强度,同时要求具备良好的低温韧性。CTOD可有效地评价钢材及焊接接头的断裂韧性和抗断能力。本文研究了海上钻井平台桩腿高强钢Q690E的CTOD,分析国产高强钢Q690E和进口Q690E母材及热影响区CTOD的差别。
Drilling platforms worked in the waves, wind load, cold and other harsh envi ronments, the leg of jack-up platform is key structure and it is prone to low stress brittle frac-ture, therefore, it requires not only high enough strength, but also good low-temperature toughness. CTOD can effectively evaluate steel and welded joints fracture toughness. In this paper, research on CTOD of strength steel Q690E used in the leg of offshore drilling plat- form, then analyse the difference of CTOD between domestic and imported Q690E. The rsults show that: fracture toughness of domestic and imported Q690E base metal are good, the CTOD min-value of domestic Q690E is 0. 6097 mm, the CTOD rain-value of imported Q690E is 0. 1895 turn. Fracture toughness of domestic and imported Q690E welding joint HAZ are poor, but CTOD value of imports Q690E welding joint HAZ is higher than domestic Q690E.
