近年来,汾西矿业集团公司股份制公司(矿井)的煤炭产品因质量不确定在销售时一直是个难题,如何定价一直是迫于解决的问题。就股份制公司(矿井)原煤销售实行以质计价提出了思路,就结算方法及结算过程中应注意的一些问题做浅薄的探讨。

In recent years, the sale of coal products of the joint-stock company of Fenxi Mining Group Company Joint-Stock Company has been difficult because of the uncertain quality. How to pricing has been a problem need to be solved urgently. Idea is proposed for the implementation of quality valuation in sale of raw coal of joint-stock company （mine）, and some issues should be pay attention to in the settlement method and settlement process are discussed.
