无弧交流接触器开关技术与方法的研究

摘要 叙述了无弧分合闸方案,分析了合闸过程方案及分闸过程方案,指出零电流分断控制技术存在的问题,并提出了一种具有明显分断口的无弧交流接触器结构,其大大提高了接触器的电寿命,可靠地实现了电气隔离。 Describes an arcless switching program, analyzes the program of closing process and program of opening process, points out the problems of zero-current breaking control technology, and proposes a kind of structure of arcless AC contactor with obvious breaking points, which improves the electrical life of contactor greatly, and realizes electrical isolation reliably.
