煤炭是中国经济需要的基础能源,在生产与消费上都有着很高的作用。但当今中国煤炭的安全生产却有着很严重的缺陷,给国家与人民带来了不能挽救的损失。矿难发生最重要的因素便是安全管制的缺陷,这不但危害了煤矿的安全生产,也产生了煤矿事故。重点解析了煤矿安全管制的缺陷,给出了对应的处理方案。

Coal is the basic energy of economy in China, which is of high effect both in the production and consumption. However, there is serious flaw in the safe production of coal in China today, which has brought irretrievable losses to the country and the people. The most important factor in the occurrence of coalmine accidents is the defects in safety control, which not only endanger the safety of coal production, but also cause coal mine accidents. Mainly analyzes the defects of safety control of coal mines, and proposes corresponding treatment program.
