摘要
针对宁德核电站2#机组CRF系统A列循环水泵在调试期间发现其泵盖底板的振动过大的问题,分别从循环水泵自身结构、进口流道淤泥、出口廊道管网布置等方面进行了勘查分析。研究发现,循泵出口廊道积气是导致泵盖振动偏大的主要因素。在循环水泵出口廊道的顶端设置常开排气阀门后,泵盖的振动水平得到了明显改善。
In order to solve high vibration problem of pump cover of circulating water pumps encountered during commissioning of pump A in 2# unit of CRF system of Ningde Nuclear Power Plant, detailed technical analysis were made on pump structure, muds contained in intake flow, discharge flow piping arrangement and etc., and then come to final solution that adds an manual valve on the top of discharge flow channel to drain out the collected air continually. The solution was proved successful that the vibration level has approved efficiently.
