摘要 NH3逃逸率高是火电厂烟气脱硝(SCR)系统普遍存在的技术难题。逃逸的NH3与烟气中的水蒸气、SO3在一定条件下反应会生成NH4HSO4,随着烟气的流动会吸附在空气预热器储热元件及引风机叶片上,造成空气预热器腐蚀和堵塞,大大增加烟气流动阻力,严重影响引风机正常运行。因此,从安全性和经济性角度,研究分析脱硝系统NH4逃逸对引风机运行的影响,为实现合理可行的运行方式及改造提供依据。 The high ammonia slip rate is a common technical problem of the power plant SCR system. The extra ammonia reacts with H20, S03 in the boiler flue, and produces NH4HS04 that attaches on the surface of the flue components, which increases the extra flue flow resistance. NH4HS04 not only effects the heat exchange of the air preheater but also clogs it, which causes very big damage to the normal operation of the induced draft fan-the most important equipment of the auxiliaries in the flue-wind system of boiler. So, from perspective of safety and economy, we studied the effects of the ammonia slip on the normal operation of the induced draft fan, and provided reasonable and feasible reference for the operation mode and device transformation of the induced draft fan.
