摘要
针对磷酸铵装置造粒尾气两次洗涤后仍排放超标,且存在带液、污染现场环境的现象,以及造粒尾气风机叶轮结垢和尾气洗涤器底部积料、喷头堵塞等问题,结合装置特点对洗涤系统进行技术改造,使尾气中的氨和水蒸气达标排放,延长了装置运行周期,创造了良好的效益。
For the situations that the emission still fails to meet the standard requirements after two times scrubbing for the granulation tailgas of ammonium phosphate plant,and there are carryover and contamination of site,and the problems such as fouling in the blower blade for the granulation tailgas,and material accumulation in bottom of the tailgas scrubber,and jamming of spray nozzle,technical revamp was carried out for the scrubber system according to features of the plant,so that the ammonia and vapor in the tailgas will reach the emission standard,which has extended the plant operation period,and created excellent benefits.
