摘要
目的考察注射用硝普钠(SNP)与5%葡萄糖注射液(5% GS)配伍的稳定性。方法根据临床应用配制SNP溶液,考察在不同环境和不同放置时间下SNP溶液的稳定性,包括溶液性状、pH、不溶微粒、紫外-可见吸收光谱和SNP含量等。结果避光套避光,在20℃或35℃时,SNP与5% GS混合后26 h内稳定;不避光时,任何条件下溶液均不稳定,溶液的稳定性与浓度无关,与光照和强度与时间密切相关。结论在避光条件下,SNP与5% GS配伍26 h内稳定。
Objective To investigate the compatible stability of Nitroprusside Sodium for Injection (SNP) and 5% Glucose Injection(5% GS). Methods SNP and 5%GS were prepared into the compatible solution according to clinical demand. The stability of SNP compatible solution was investigated in different environments and different storage time, including the solution character, appearance, pH value, insoluble particle, ultravioletvisible absorption and SNP content. Results The compatible solution of SNP mixed with 5% GS was stable within 26 h keeping in dark place by lucifugal cover at 20 ℃ or 35℃. Under the any condition without keeping in dark place, the solution was unstable. The solution stability had no relation with the concentration and was closely correlated with the illumination intensity and time. Conclusion In the dark condition, the compatible solution of SNP and 5% GS is stable within 26 h.
