马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性便秘80例

Clinical Efficacy of Trimebutine Maleate Tablets Combined Compound Azintamide in Treating 80 Cases of Functional Constipation

目的探讨马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将医院2013年5月至2014年5月诊治的功能性便秘患者160例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。治疗组采用马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方阿嗪米特,对照组单用复方阿嗪米特。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的44.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后腹痛、腹胀、排便费力感、1周大便次数和大便性状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);2个月后复发率治疗组为27.78%,明显低于对照组的59.09%(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显的药品不良反应。结论马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性便秘,较单用复方阿嗪米特有更好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Trimebutine Maleate Tablets combined with Compound Azintamide in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods 160 patients with functional constipation in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the treat- ment of Trimebutine Maleate Tablets combined with azintamide, while the control group was treated by Trimebutine Maleate Tablets alone. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90. 00%, which was significantly higher than 44.00% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The abdominal pain, abdominal distension and defecation difficulty feeling, 1-week defecation frequency and stool property after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P 〉0. 05）, the recurrence rate af- ter 2 months in the treatment group was 27.78%, which was significantly lower than 59. 09% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Trimebutine Maleate Tablets combined with compound azintamide has better effect in the treatment of functional constipation than single Trimebutine Maleate Tablets and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
