摘要
全球气候变暖致使碳排放成为世界关注的焦点,饭店业发展对碳排放量产生了一定的影响.国外关于饭店业碳排放理论的研究已取得一定进展,在基础理论研究和构建定量模型实证研究上也取得了一定进展.国内研究尚处起步阶段,以一般性理论阐述和普适性对策建议的文章较多,基于大样本的实证研究和系统性研究较缺乏.本文从低碳排放的企业发展观出发,在饭店碳排放特征与工程管理措施,定量模型与低碳对策,低碳节能的方式与路径,消费者认知和决策行为等方面进行了细致梳理,并构建了饭店业低碳节能的理论与实践框架.
Global Warming makes carbon emission become the focus of people's attention in the world. The development of hotel industry has contributed a certain portion in the carbon emissions. From the perspective of enterprise development with low carbon emission,the practice of energy conservation and emission reduction in hotel industry at home and abroad on the basis of global background is reviewed in this paper. Successful practices provide the examples of energy conservation and emission reduction during the whole process and all aspects of hotel management,which offers references for the theoretical study and practice on energy conservation and emission reduction in hotel industry.
