摘要
本文建立了用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定可乐中咖啡因的方法。可乐经前处理后,通过Diomonsil C18(2)5u色谱柱分离,以甲醇+水混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,于286 nm波长下紫外检测,一次进样分析仅需4min,咖啡因在10-150ug/mL范围内的线性关系良好,在加标水平为50、80、100 ug/mL时,被测物的回收率为96.8%-101.8%
We developed the way using opposite phase high proficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the content of caffeine in the cola ,after being preliminary treated,the cola sample goes through the diomonsil C18 (2)5u column,and we apply the methanol and water mixed solvent as the mobile phase,the detector can determine the content of caffeine within 4 minutes in the wavelength of 286 nm. with a good linear result within 10-150 ug/mL , while the recycling rate is in the range of 96.8%-101.8%.
