前路Z-Plate钢板治疗脊柱椎体爆裂型骨折的临床疗效观察

Observe the Clinical Curative Effect of Anterior Z-Plate Plate in the Treatment of Spinal Vertebral Burst Fracture

目的观察Z-Plate钢板治疗脊柱椎体爆裂型骨折的临床疗效。方法通过对比后路椎弓根内固定治疗,观察分析前路Z-Plate钢板治疗的临床疗效,并用统计学方法对两种方法的治疗效果进行差异性检验。结果后路椎弓根内固定治疗和前路Z-Plate钢板治疗的临床疗效差异具有统计学意义。结论前路Z-Plate钢板治疗效果明显优于后路椎弓根内固定治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Z-Plate plate for the treatment of spinal vertebral burst fracture. Method Through the comparison of posterior pedicle screw fixation, to observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of the treatment of anterior Z-Plate plate, and the difference of two methods of treatment using the statistical method. Result The clinical efficacy of posterior pedicle screw f^xation and anterior Z-Plate plate in the treatment was different in statistical significance. Conclusion The treatment of Z-Plate steel was better than that of posterior pedicle screw internal fixation of anterior.
