半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

The Clinical Detection of Treatment Acute Posterior Ganglionitis by Semiconductor Laser and Famciclovir

目的探讨半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效情况。方法分析我院2010年1月至2013年6月收治的60例带状疱疹患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行临床分组,治疗A组30例和治疗B组30例。结果治疗B组患者水疱停止出现时间、水疱干涸时间、疼痛开始缓解时间、皮损完全结痂时间均明显优于治疗A组,治疗B组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于治疗A组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach clinical result of treatment acute posterior ganglionitis by semiconductor laser and famciclovir. Method To analyze 60 cases clinical data of acute posterior ganglionitis in our hospital from 2010.1 to 2013.6, which was to be divided into two group, treatment A group 30 cases and treatment B group 30 cases. Result Blister stop time, blister dry time, time to onset of pain relief, lesions completely crusted over time of treatment B group was better than treatment A group,total effective rate of clinical treatment of face ordinary type of vitiligo of treatment B group was higher than treatment A group, P〈0.O5, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical symptom of treatment acute posterior ganglionitis by semiconductor laser and famciclovir was obviously, the result was good, which was to be used.
