针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Massage for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为针灸联合推拿组和单独推拿组,每组各30例。单独推拿组患者进行推拿治疗,针灸联合推拿组在此治疗基础上,进行针灸治疗,治疗结束后评定疗效。结果针灸联合推拿组临床总有效率为90.00%,显著优于单独推拿组的76.67%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效改善患者临床症状,提升临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage for treatment lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with massage group and individual massage group, 30 patients in each group. The patients in the individual massage group received massage therapy, on the basis of this, the patients in the acupuncture combined with massage therapy group received acupuncture treatment, the clinical effect were evaluated after treatment. Results The clinical total effectiveness of the acupuncture combined with massage group was 90.00%, significantly better than that （76.67%） of the individual massage group, with statistically significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the clinical curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
