目的探究血液透析相关性低血压的诱发因素以及有效的护理对策。方法选取2014年4月至2014年12月我院血液透析相关性低血压患者7例,分析其发病原因以及相关护理对策。结果血液透析相关性低血压的诱发因素有很多,主要与超滤率,药物影响,治疗过程中进食,自主神经功能紊乱等有关。结论了解血液透析相关性低血压的发病原因与护理对策,针对不同的发病原因,采取相应的护理措施,减少血液透析相关性低血压的发生,提高血液透析疗效。

Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of intradialytic hypotension.Method Selected 80 patients of intradialytic hypotension in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2014, analysed the causes of intradialytic hypotension and Corresponding nursing measures.Result Intradialytic hypotension can be induced by many factors, such as ultrafiltration rate, effect of medicine, eating in the process of treatment and dysfunction of autonomic nerve. Conclusion Knowing the causes and nursing countermeasures of intradialytic hypotension. Corresponding nursing measures should be taken for each specific cause of intradialytic hypotension, reduce the incidence of intradialytic hypotension, improve the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis.
