摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在我院手术室的应用效果。方法培训手术室全体护理人员优质护理的理念模式,改变手术室护士只是医师助手的角色。结果优质护理服务应用于手术室的护理工作中,可显著提高护理质量。结论优质护理对和谐医疗、防范医疗纠纷发生具有重要意义。
Objectives Explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in our hospital operating room.Methods All the training in the operating room nursing staff of high quality nursing concept model, changes in the operating room nurses just the doctor assistant role.Results High quality nursing care is applied in the operating room nursing work, it can significantly improve the quality of nursing, for harmonious medical.Conclusion It has great signflicance to prevernt medical dispute occurred.
