摘要
合理的人力资源管理是企业获得核心竞争力的重要保障。基于生命周期理论,通过归纳科技型小微企业人力资源管理的特点,提出科技型小微企业在各发展阶段的人力资源管理思路,希望能为科技型小微企业人力资管理提供策略支持。
Human resources exert great influences on the survival and development of small and micro hightech companies, and reasonable human resources (HR) management is an important guarantee for companies to achieve core competitiveness. Based on the theory of life cycle, the paper summarized the characteristics of HR management of small and micro tech companies, and proposed ideas for the HR management in different stages of their life cycle in an attempt to provide strategic support for their HR management.
