黄连和黄柏是双黄巴布剂的主要成分,本文通过正交试验法,摸索双黄巴布剂中黄连和黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件,以期找到盐酸小檗碱的最佳分离度和保留时间。

Huanglian and Huangbo are the main ingredient of the Shuanghuang cataplasm; in this paper, the better condition of process of Huanglian and Huangbo from Shuanghuang cataplasm by orthogonal experiment was investigated; in order to find the better degree of separation and save time.
