小针刀结合局部封闭治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating muscle tendon type of peritendinitis by knife acupuncture plus local seal

目的:探讨临床应用小针刀配合局部封闭治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的治疗效果。方法:选取我院从2009年1月-2012年1月收治的200例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者作为研究对象。对照组患者应用局部封闭结合超短波理疗,观察组患者应用针刀配合局部封闭治疗。治疗7d为1个疗程,并随访患者,比较两组患者近期与远期治疗效果。结果:1周后两组患者近期治疗效果无显著差异(P>0.05);随访患者24周后,远期治疗效果观察组有效率显著高于对照组,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用小针刀配合局部封闭治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效明显优于理疗与局部封闭,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of knife acupuncture plus local seal on muscle tendon type of periteninitis. Methods： 200 patients were selected, the control was treated by local seal plus ultra-short wave therapy, the observation was treated by knife acupuncture plus local seal. 7d for 1 course, the patients were followed up. Short-term and long-term effects were observed in both. Results： In 1 week, the difference of short-term effects was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; in 24 weeks, long-term effects in the observation were obviously higher than those in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of local seal plus knife acupuncture were better than physiotherapy plus local seal, knife acupuncture plus local seal was worthy of clinical promotion.
