综合治疗腰三横突综合征70例观察

Clinical observation on treating 70 cases of three lumbar transverse process syndrome by comprehensive therapy

目的:观察针刺合局部封闭治疗腰三横突综合征疗效。方法:将70例门诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以针刺配合局部封闭,对照组给予常规针刺治疗;以上两组均7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为74.3%,总有效率达100%;对照组治愈率54.3%,总有效率82.9%。两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸合局部封闭治疗腰三横突综合症的疗效明显优于单纯的针灸治疗。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus local block on three lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was given acupuncture plus local block; the control group received routine acupuncture; curative effects in two groups were observed after two courses. Results： In the treatment group,the curative rate was 74.3%, the total efficacy was 100%; in the control group, the curative rate was 54.3%, the total efficacy was 82.9%. The difference in two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Effects of acupuncture plus local block was better than acupuncture solo.
